Potterheads! We are so excited for Saturday! Here’s the info for the big day:
Check in- Please arrive at Skybox Sports Bar from 3pm-5pm if you have a regular ticket or 2pm-5pm if you are VIP. Friends can also check you in. Just need your ticket. VIPs are the only ones allowed to check in from 2-3pm. All other ticket holders will need to check in starting at 3pm. Come on time to have a wide variety of wand selection! Everyone gets a wand but come early to get your choice & the full experience!
Where do I pick up my wand/ wand box? At registration. You will receive a house colored wristband with 1 tab attached. You will exchange your tab for your wand/ wand box. Also we will have 10 different types of wands but limited amounts of each. If you want more variety, get here early. And all are guaranteed a wand and wand box.
Where do I pick up all other items including my VIP t-shirt, VIP HP pin, VIP house colored lanyard, and anything else included with my ticket? Again all during registration.
How does this crawl work? We will have a map for every other person in your group with participating bars/restaurants with times next to each stop where they will be staffed and ready for you. And to keep you Potterheads together. Also the map will list all details including entertainment, themed discounted drinks, HP Best Dressed, and more. Check out our FB event page for an early preview of the map later this week.
Where do I pick up my House Certificate? At Scruffy Hall from 8pm-9pm. This will also be listed on the map.

Wand Replacement- Please note that the wands are fragile so utilize your wand box when not in use. Wands will be $15 to replace.
